Responsible Gambling Resources

If you are here because gambling has become difficult, we are glad you found this page.

You are not alone. Gambling can be enjoyable, but it can also become something that is harder to control than it once was. There is no shame in that, and there is real help available.

This page is not about offers or strategy. It is here because we believe responsible gambling information should be easy to find — not hidden in a footer.

Signs That Gambling May Be Becoming a Problem

The following can be signs that gambling is having a negative effect on your life. You do not need to experience all of these for help to be relevant to you.

  • Spending more money on gambling than you intended
  • Chasing losses — placing more bets to try to recover what you have lost
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
  • Hiding your gambling from friends or family
  • Gambling to escape stress, anxiety, or difficult feelings
  • Finding it difficult to stop or cut down, even when you want to
  • Gambling affecting your work, relationships, or daily life

If any of these sound familiar, please reach out to one of the support services below. All of them offer free, confidential help.

Setting Limits on Your Betting Accounts

Most licensed operators offer tools to help you manage your gambling. These include:

  • Deposit limits — cap the amount you can deposit per day, week, or month
  • Loss limits — cap how much you can lose in a given period
  • Session time limits — set a maximum session length
  • Reality checks — pop-up reminders of how long you have been playing
  • Self-exclusion — close your account for a set period or permanently

If your account does not show these tools clearly, contact the operator's customer support team and ask to have limits set.
