OfferPlaybook is a gambling-offer education website operated by Michael Parry operating as OfferPlaybook, based in New Brunswick, Canada. Our website is at offerplaybook.io.
We publish educational content about sports betting welcome offers for adults in Ontario, Canada and the United Kingdom. We earn revenue through affiliate commissions when readers register with licensed betting operators through links on our site.

Analytics — Plausible Analytics: Plausible is a privacy-first analytics tool. It does not use cookies by default and does not collect personal data or cross-site track users. We use it to understand page traffic in aggregate. See Plausible's data policy.
Analytics — PostHog: PostHog is used for product analytics (e.g., which pages users visit, button clicks). PostHog cookies are only activated after you give consent through our cookie banner. See PostHog's privacy policy. These cookies are blocked until you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner.
Affiliate tracking cookies: When you click a link to a betting operator, an affiliate tracking cookie may be set by the operator's affiliate network. This is how we know whether a registration came from our site, so we can receive a commission. These cookies are third-party cookies. They are blocked until you accept "Affiliate Tracking" cookies in our cookie banner. We do not control what data the affiliate networks collect — see each operator's own privacy policy for details.
Marketing cookies: We do not currently use remarketing or advertising cookies. If we introduce them in future, we will update this policy and require fresh consent.

4. Email Newsletter (Beehiiv)
If you subscribe to the OfferPlaybook newsletter, your email address is stored in Beehiiv, our email platform. We use your email address to:
- Send you our regular newsletter (educational content about welcome offers)
- Send you offer alerts for subscribers who have opted in to receive them
Beehiiv is a US-based service. Your data may be transferred to the United States. Beehiiv operates under a Data Processing Agreement that includes Standard Contractual Clauses for UK and EU/EEA transfers.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter. Your email and subscriber data will be deleted from Beehiiv within 90 days of unsubscription.
5. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Sites
Our site contains links to third-party betting operators. When you click one of these links:
- You are leaving OfferPlaybook.
- The operator's own privacy policy applies from that point.
- An affiliate tracking cookie may be set (if you have consented to affiliate tracking cookies).
- We receive a commission if you register and deposit, at no cost to you.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party website.

8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include:
- HTTPS encryption on all pages (via Cloudflare)
- Access controls on our Ghost CMS admin panel
- Restricted access to Beehiiv — only the site operator has admin access
No system is perfectly secure. If we experience a data breach that creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the relevant regulator (OPC for Canada; ICO for UK) as required by law.
9. International Data Transfers
OfferPlaybook is operated from Canada. Your data may be transferred to and processed in:
- United States (Beehiiv, PostHog, Cloudflare CDN nodes)
- Canada (primary server location)
- EU/EEA (Cloudflare CDN nodes)
For UK readers: transfers to Canada benefit from the UK's adequacy decision for Canada (under PIPEDA). Transfers to the US (Beehiiv, PostHog) are subject to Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Children's Privacy
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 (under 19 in Ontario, Canada). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us immediately at privacy@offerplaybook.io and we will delete it.

We will update this policy when our data practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. For material changes, we will notify newsletter subscribers by email.
